Cozy large 1-bedroom available in a newly remodeled home with a shared dual sink bathroom. All utilities and wifi are included. Approximately 1.2 miles from SDSU. You’ll have full access to the entire house. There is plenty of off-street parking available. The home is Mid-Century eclectic, and I’m an Interior Designer by trade. (Month-to-Month lease)

Must work outside the home, be drug-free, and have a valid driver’s license. You must also enjoy dogs. I have a small 7lb Maltese that’s a love bug.

Because of the common bathroom, a (female) tenant is preferred.
