Hey all! Our lease is ending June 27th, and we want to renew our lease but one roommate is leaving. We would like someone to take the room so we can renew the lease! It is a very large master bedroom in awbrey butte with its own large bathroom with a private shower and toilet and two sinks, and walk in closet. The room will be 1,000 a month plus utilities which has been around 100 a month. The room can be ready to move into any time after June 11th technically because that is when our roommate is moving out.

We are looking for a super cool roommate, we are both very outdoorsy people (I climb, ski, will be raft guiding this summer, mountain bike, and much more) and my other roommate does much of the same. We are male and female, and there are currently two pups in the house (a 40 lb blue heeler and a 25 lb mini Aussie) we are open to either a male or a female, and we are also open to a couple, as long as the couple is SUPER chill (we’ve had bad experiences living with couples before😂) if you are interested message me with a little info about yourself!
