Looking for one female roommate who is currently a student at Cal State Fullerton. The apartment is a 5 minute walking distance from the university. The open room is a large master bedroom with a full attached bathroom and very large closet space. Inside the apartment there’s all new appliances, kitchen space, large living room area, and side dining room area. Laundry facilities in the appt complex and a shareable garage parking spot, plus street parking.

Monthly rent will be $1290 plus utilities, which is about $30-$40 a month. An ideal roommate is clean, chill, and doesn’t always bring the party home. No pets. Let me know if interested!
