Jose's room

I have a two story home that is 2400 sqft of living space. I rent out all three upstairs bedrooms to traveling nurses but I am willing to make an exception to the right applicant. This particular room that is available shares a bathroom with another bedroom which has a shower, a toilet, and two sinks. The home has an upstairs loft (that is empty), has two downstairs living rooms, a kitchen, and a dining room. The driveway has space for two cars but the street has plenty of space.

My name is Jose, the homeowner. I’m 46 years old, divorced last year (2021), and father of a beautiful 16 year old daughter who comes to visit 3 times a week. I’m a business owner of a building maintenance company in town. I work a lot, weather it be in my home office or in the field. I love what I do- that’s why I do it 😄! My other roomies are on a month to month basis because they travel for work so they come and go but have all been very kind, courteous, and very trustworthy.
