Room: Small bedroom in the house with a furnished queen size bed. Close to local bars in Seminole Heights, close to local parks, plenty of restaurants in the area

Cleaning Amenity - I have a cleaning service come clean the house, once every 2 months. This is included in your rent and if you do not want the cleaning crew in your room, that is also accepted, but will not impact your rent.

The Property: It is a 3/2 bungalow that is located nicely for access to Tampa with a in unit washer and dryer. 10 minutes to Armature Works, University of Tampa, Tampa General and Downtown Tampa. 15 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to the beach. This room shares a bathroom with a roommate, currently a female roommate. Living room has a 65-inch TV. We do like to keep the common areas clean, so please expect to keep the kitchen clean including dishes.

Utilities are split equally among tenants and includes 1 GB Internet, Water, Electricity and Trash - Estimated to come out to $105 -$150 per person per month.
