Cook Street

Hello! I am subletting my room on Cook St, with the possibility of an extension from 09/01. The house is vintage, cozy in a friendly and lively neighborhood. It’s located steps from College town, with CVS, Dollar Tree, and many restaurants nearby. The room is furnished with a bed, dressers, desk, and a chair. Wifi and electricity are not included in the rent. Utilities are around 50 to max 150$ in the heating season if you decide to stay for the winter break (if not, you can keep the heat low and bills with be lower). A roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, basement, living room, kitchen, all utensils, bathroom, and big garden. Ideally, I’m looking for a clean and quiet student/graduate student, as two other roommates are students at UoR. The sublet of a room is with the landlord’s knowledge and permission. The landlord is friendly and understanding.

Two UoR students. One, 4th year Biology and second, Master’s in Education. Both are very quiet and respectful.
