James's room

I have an extra bed in the house I’m renting and am looking for 700 a month. Plus half the utilities. The room has its own bathroom right across from the room and is located on the ground floor. It is right next to laundry room and kitchen. I also set up a billiards area right next to the room that you would be free to use any time. I work nights from 5:30pm to 5:30am and you would have the house to yourself durning those times. I do have a dog but bye would be blocked off from your area and the billiards area at all times. When I’m at work he has a dog door to get out and pretty much is responsible for him self at this point. He barks at new people at first but if he get to know you he is a big sweet heart

I’m the only other person there and I’m literally always at work. It would be you and my dog most of the time and me and my dad split the dog so mainly just you.
