This is a 3 bedroom house with an attic (we live upstairs on 3rd floor, but rarely home due to working full time). Total of 3-4 people max will live in this house. 1 shared full bathroom (1/2 bathroom in basement)

It’s 20 min away from Trenton. 25 min from Princeton. 15 min from PA. 38 min to Philly. 45 min to the beach. 1.5 hours to NYC
No security deposit required, but non-refundable $25 added per month as the security deposit/insurance
