Private room with full bath included. House includes a living room, dining room, full kitchen, backyard, front deck with a gorgeous view of SF/golden gate. Rental would include access to a home gym with treadmill/squat rack/ etc, a small sauna, and clothing washer/dryer. Property is peaceful, surrounded by trees, and has plenty of houseplants! Looking for 1 roommate and we cannot accommodate more pets.
