The house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood and all the neighbors are pretty friendly, but mind their own business. The room itself is 11x11 with decent closet space and I have an extra dresser and night stand, if needed. The location is super close to the on ramp of exit 90 on I-4, making commuting super convenient.
