Temporary stays only!!! Come share a very quiet comfortable home with me! Room was recently painted. Tv is also included in the room for you to enjoy at no cost. The room has a nice amount of closet space. Central air and heat. The backyard is huge and great for barbecuing. You are not responsible for paying utilities other than water and sewage which is included in rent price. All I ask is that the space and home be kept clean and hair combing and cutting be reserved for the makeup room. i do not allow shoes in the home because I have brand new flooring. I’m also extremely meticulous about the cleanliness of my home. Especially my kitchen because I do a great deal of cooking. Men if you sprinkle the toilet please clean it up. PLEASE! Lol. The tub must be cleaned after each use as well. You must provide your own food toiletries and linen. I would prefer cigarettes be smoked outside but I’ll settle for the garage which has plenty of gym equipment for use including a heavy bag, exercise bike, and some other things. The security deposit is NOT refundable! It will be used to hire a cleaning service after your departure. The next person deserves a clean space as well. I am a single 43 year old. I have 2 children. They do not live in the home. I am a Community Liaison who works in marketing and sales. I love to cook so I’m always in the kitchen. I also love to travel. I have a small Teacup Yorkie named Callie. She is very friendly because she only 1 however she doesn’t make much noise or fuss at all unless someone knocks on the door. She is pad trained to one specific living room in the house which is a caged area. The perfect roommate for me would be a single male but I’m open to renting to woman no problem.
