The bathroom is used ONLY by the tenants in these 2 bedrooms, nobody else in the house will use this bathroom.
There is 2 bedrooms available, with your private bathroom. The one bathroom goes with the 2 bedrooms. If your not renting both bedrooms then you’d be sharing the bathroom with the tenant renting the other room. I’m hoping to rent both bedrooms to the same family. I will consider other situations.

Both rooms are furnished and the furniture cannot be removed. Comfortable beds/luxurious bedding(queen) high end furniture. Both bedrooms have closets and ceiling fans, both rooms have a window. Both bedrooms have a TV

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, you will have your own space in the refrigerator and also your own shelves in the pantry. We want you to feel right at home!

Courtyard is perfect for a morning cup of coffee and watching numerous birds around the courtyard area. It’s absolutely beautiful and relaxing!
We have a barbecue and smoker area which you are welcome to use at any time, it is in the pool area. This area is a beautiful Oasis. You will feel like you are in a resort!
The home is 2800 ft.², four bedroom three bathroom. And is lived in by one couple and their child.

Tenant is responsible for providing their own food, toiletries, laundry soap, and softener. Cleaning supplies are provided. Tenant must share the responsibility of cleaning shared bathroom weekly- no exceptions.
Month to month lease! Must give written 30 day notice when intending to vacate. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. $500 deposit PER room.
You are welcome to have guests over to hang out/barbecue/pool. You are responsible for your guests. We have company from time to time as well. You’re welcome too hang out with us as well! Very comfortable environment!
We don’t mind if you smoke, please do it outside. 420 OUTSIDE is fine with us! Absolutely no drugs in this house. No exceptions!
I don’t care what your credit score is or what’s on your credit. I do however do a background check. No felonies, no exceptions!
We are the owners of our home. Other 2 permanent roommates are in their 20s. We love barbecuing and hanging out in the pool/hot tub. We work full time.
