Hello! My roommate and I rent this home for $1800/month and split utilities 50/50. I am moving out Mid July and looking for a working professional to take over the lease of the master-bedroom starting for $1000/month. The qualifications for taking over the lease are as follows: 650+ credit, no evictions or accounts in collections, income to be 3X the rent ($3000/month gross).

Immaculate, well maintained home on the Boise Bench. Full two car detached garage and great backyard. Home is furnished in the living areas and the bedroom has a dresser and a fireplace. Will need your own bedroom furniture and living furniture has to stay.

Full-sized master suite (fits a king bed with two dressers) with walk-in closet and extra coat closet in bedroom. Full bathroom with two sinks in master. Large storage room in addition to listed square footage. Lots of natural light and upgraded wood laminate flooring. Laundry on the main level.

There will be 1 roommate staying! She is super sweet and very respectful. Works full time and keeps the house very clean. The home is plenty of room for two people. The location is great and your guest will never have trouble parking at the house.
