Room for rent in a four bedroom townhouse. Third floor. Will come unfurnished. WiFi and electric and heat are a separate bill. 1 year lease required.

You’ll be renting with me and two other guys. We’re all relatively older working professionals (26 to 40s) who want a clean and quiet environment. We’re looking for the same in our potential roommate. I’m going to have to be selective about who our prospect roommates are because we could have a young child living with us. Unfortunately the place can’t have any pets.
