3 bedroom 2 bathroom House. The 3rd bedroom is going to be a guest bedroom only. This means the main bathroom will only be shared when the house has guests over. The house is not smoking or drug friendly of any kind period! I prefer students. If you are a full time college student then I am willing to offer a small discount to the room price. However, you will have to prove you have a schedule every semester, because some people are not too honest.

I am a student that travels. I am looking for a very responsible roommate that is able to take care of the house. I am very picky of the people I invite to my home so I would need to meet you first before making any type of offer.
