Looking for a young professional (between 20 and 30 years old) to take over my lease in this lovely 4-bd 3-ba house in Manhattan Beach, CA. The house is conveniently located, only a 3 min walk to the beach.

Move-in around July 3rd, 2022. 12-months lease (shorter can be discussed, rent would increase).

Income requirements from the landlord are: 3 x the rent / 650 + credit score.

Note: No parking available at the house, however Resident Street Parking Passes can be obtained at the City of Manhattan Beach - this parking is 3 mins walk away, at the beach.

You’ll be sharing the house with 3 roommates, all around 25 years old and super chill! Acceptation is subject to a short call with the other roommates to see if the vibe is a good match :)
