Please read everything before responding. I am a patient guy but some people are messaging to me asking questions that I already answer here. The condo is not very large and the bedroom is not very large. However, I am not renting a closet kind of small! So it may not be suitable for a couple or someone with children. But it might be depending on the circumstances. But there are amenities and you have everything you need. There is a nice large balcony, in unit washer and dryer, your own bathroom. I put out a date far into the future because I am renovating and upgrading the place to make it really wonderful. But it already has new carpet and new paint. It is fully furnished. There is plenty of parking. Don’t ask me for photos yet because the place is a work in progress.

I live alone now, so I am looking for one other person for the most part. I am looking out into the future so if you need to move in soon, this is not the place for you. I am looking for a long term situation. If I end up working out of town or traveling you would have full run of the whole place, so trust and communication are crucial. I am a sharing kind of roommate that does not keep score. I don’t mind chipping in for things and tasks. I like privacy sometimes, I can be kind of an introvert, but I don’t want to live with a hermit, that can’t work. I am an introvert that is still a bit social. I do have a cat. Another pet can be negotiated. Smoking must be outside. Not really 420 friendly either. I like a drink sometimes, so absolutely no hardcore drinkers either. Definitely LGB friendly and like an LGB also, but not a deal breaker. Comment on this in your response please. Sharing living arrangements is important so I am sharing lots of information. I am a polite, educated kind of person. I am not in desperate financial straits therefore I need a roommate. That’s not the case. It is more about sharing and enjoyment of living space and personal lives. No weirdos or strange people. Had enough of that in life. I am tolerant of other lifestyles, ages, and political views as well. I am open to either gender, but another male might be better so the situation is less awkward. But I am open. Thanks for reading.
