I’m looking for roommates for a 5 bedroom in downtown Miami. Price is all inclusive (cleaning, WiFi, utilities). I’ll be hosting cool events and prefer creatives/socialites. We’ll put murals on the walls and have dinners/parties and what not.

I might be cool lowering the rent in exchange for work under special circumstances. The cost will be higher for shorter stays.

Parking is an extra $200 per month if you want.

I work full time and expect you to have a reliable income source.
