LOOKING TO TEAM UP Target Move In Date: July 1st-30th Hello Everyone! My friend and I are looking to team up with another person as we look for a three bedroom place to move to in July. We are currently looking in areas close to light rail stations in Seattle but remain open to other neighborhoods in Seattle as well. Both of us currently live in the city and would be happy to meet with you in person or over zoom if you’re interested!

We are two young (24 & 26) hard working professionals who are both looking to find a new place in the city with a third roommate. Both of us have a monthly rent budget range of $900-$1,200. I am a blue technology startup founder & CEO (with a Costco membership) that has a mature cat that is clean, very behaved, and quite lovable and a great house mascot! My friend Bryce is studying to be a Software Developer at UW. Both of us have credit scores above +700 with stable long-term incomes. We are respectful and like to keep the place in clean condition.
