2 rooms for rent (month to month) as soon as June 7th, and 9th in a 4 bed 2 bath house. Near the 23 freeway off of Avenida de los Arboles, The house in the heart of Thousand Oaks, close to grocery stores and hiking trails. There’s a large kitchen, dining/living room, a big beautiful sunroom and an even bigger backyard all available for use by the rentee. Parking is on the street (never a problem). Washer and dryer available. We have AC and heating when needed but because of where the house is it stays pretty cool inside. The sunroom can warm up in the afternoon but is a great space for yoga or exercise in the morning and evenings! The backyard is massive so we would love a roommate that enjoys gardening as we are constantly improving ours and there’s plenty of space for it. Both rooms are about 10x10 ft carpeted rooms with nice size personal closets. Shared bath down the hall. No pics of rooms right now because they are occupied at the moment.

The ideal candidate is Cleanly, Courteous, and respectful. Must be able to pay rent on time (due the 4th of the month for roommates, 7th for the whole house). Must be able to communicate and share space with roommates. With use of shared space comes some expectation that roommates will share the responsibility of keeping those spaces well maintained. To move in must provide some form of ID, proof of income and at least 1 personal reference from a landlord, parent or previous roommate with a valid phone number. 1st month rent and Security deposit 850$ x 2= $1700. All Utilities(gas, electricity, water, trash and wifi) are shared equally between all 5 roommates. Usually around 60$/month each but upto as much as 100$.

We are 3 adults in our 20s(One couple and one single male) who have shared the space for a while and have made quite the comfortable home. We work varying hours but are often hanging out together in the sunroom where we have a projector setup for streaming anytime and a record player/bluetooth speaker for our fellow music lovers. We are big on tidiness and respect in shared spaces as we have put a lot of love into making the space safe & comfortable for all who have lived here. We are 420 friendly, allow some pets, and are ANTI-Transphobes. Must be LGBTQIA+ positive to live here.
