We are looking for someone who is respectful of noise/cleanliness and is a non-smoker. No couples. You will have access to your private, master-size room/shared bathroom. No kitchen. Room comes with a desk with four chairs, smaller desk, tall bookshelf, and a full size bed frame. You just need to bring the mattress. The current furniture is not shown in these pictures. 1st-month’s rent and 1 month security deposit required to move in.
