This is a 20 acre property which is only 15 minutes from OakHarbor but its bueatiful, quiet, & peaceful . There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.We are looking to rent out both upstairs bedrooms. One room is furnished with a bed, closet & built in desk. Both rooms are quite large.

The room rent is $1800 for couples or $1200 for singles which includes all bills & utilities. You will also have full access use of whole house such as kitchen, laundry, fridge, living room, porch & bbq etc.

My wife and I both have backgrounds in nursing, so good fit for travel nurses. We have also had good experiences renting to the local military, but we welcome all compatible people. We are both fun, friendly, easy going, honest and trustworthy. We are looking for same. We like to develop friendships with our tenants, so someone who is sociable and interacts would be ideal.

The place is very quiet and peaceful yet only about 10 minutes from the center of oak harbor.
