This is a 20 acre property which is only 15 minutes from Oak Harbor but its beautiful, quiet, & peaceful . There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs Looking to rent out both upstairs bedrooms. Both rooms are quite large and have beds.

Monthly rent is $1700 for couples or $1100 for singles which includes all bills & utilities. You will also have full access use of whole house such as kitchen, laundry, fridge, living room, porch & bbq etc.

I have a background in nursing, so good fit for travel nurses. Local military personnel are very welcome. The home is a quiet and peaceful retreat but only about 5 miles from both navy bases. I’m fun, friendly, easy going, honest and trustworthy. Looking for same. I like to develop friendships with my tenants, so someone who is sociable and interacts would be ideal.
