I’m looking for someone that is neat, works full time, minimalist and stably employed. Bonus if you work odd hours! If I don’t choose you please don’t take it personally. I’m being picky about this.

You will have a shared full bathroom upstairs. The bathroom will be shared with my roommate. More on him later.

I also have a half bathroom downstairs that can be used by anybody.

The size of the room is about 12’ x 10’ with 2 windows and a neat storage area. You can also use my basement for storage as long as it’s not a ridiculous amount.

Don’t care if you live here for 2 months or 12 months. I give a max of 12 months but am willing to talk about extending if/when that time comes.

Prior to moving in I will need payment for deposit ($500) plus pro-rated rent payment. So if you move in on the 1st of the month I would need a total of $1,250 from you upfront.

You’ll be living with the homeowner (myself) and another roommate. He’s a 40 something year old male. I don’t remember his exact age. He’s cool, doesn’t bother anyone and keeps the place clean when he’s here (not too often).

I’ll occasionally have my dog at the house (at the very most 3 nights a week) but he won’t bother or bite you! He’s a sweet poodle.

I’m an introvert so you wont have to worry about too many guests randomly coming into the house. I work a typical Monday to Friday with 9-5 office hours and I go into the office 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday).

I enjoy hiking, working out, home projects and watching sports. If you want to spend time with me cool. If you don’t that’s also cool! Whatever is fine by me. I want you to be comfortable here regardless.
