This condo is located in Hilliard Heights II, right off of Wallcut road in Hilliard. It’s approximately a 5 minute drive to 270 and 7 minutes to get to 70. The location has a finished basement with a half bath and in-house laundry. The ground floor is an open kitchen (with a dish washer) and living room area with sliding doors to the fenced in patio with furniture. A shared full bath is on the second floor with the bedrooms.

If you have a dog, I would politely ask that we get a chance to get together before any paperwork is completed to ensure that our dogs get along. For non petted potential roomies I’d like to grab a coffee or something similar to make sure we get along before any paperwork is signed.

The $750 covers rent and all utilities (including internet) you would have the option of paying the owner directly for rent and myself for utilities or myself for all - receipts will be provided either way.

Hello! I am looking for a roommate to assume half responsibility on the bills for this condo. I work full-time on a hybrid schedule at the home office for City BBQ on the finance team. I am a nerd and a gamer (League of Legends and D&D 5e/Vampires of The Masquerade table tops) I have a dog, Gidget who is a pocket Beagle and who would absolutely love to meet you and give you all the love and cuddles. I am fairly chill and so long as the rules of the house (which would be a mutually created roommates agreement) is adhered to we’ll never have struggles. I personally believe that a human is a human and deserves life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness if you can’t jive with that please don’t apply.
I am cannabis friendly(simply keep all paraphernalia in your room when not in use), dog and cat friendly. I am open to a female or male roommate. Cigarette smokers are welcome, just no smoking in the house. LGBT+ is certainly welcome. I am open to a discussion on children in the house but would prefer no permanent children living being in residence, there really isn’t that much, “extra” space.
