3 bedroom apartment with your own bathroom which is the common bathroom. I have a small dog that barks in excitement but will chill once he gets to know you. I prefer a female roommate because I think it would be easier.

I am a single, 55 year old man that has a small dog. I work from home and participate in activities outside of the home or I like to build puzzles and watch TV. I cook and will cook for you if you like. I also am hiring someone to clean the apartment a couple times a month
