I am a retired female. The roommate you will share a bathroom with is a 55 yr old male. We are both quiet, respectful and clean. Looking for the same in a roommate. We don’t drink, we don’t mind drinking, but drinking in excess is something that will not be allowed. Past roommate problems! Also no pets please, unfortunately because of past roommates too. I’m learning.
