Private room in a basement. The basement has 2 rooms, one of them is mine. The other room comes with a bed and some furniture and a closet. Bathroom is shared. Living room available, Washer and drier available and is shared only between the 2 of us. small kitchen with electric stove, microwave and refrigerator available to use but shared. Wifi available to use and already included in the price. No pets aloud with the exception of hamsters, fish, or turtle. The owner of the house has 3 kids. His family lives up stairs but they mind their own business. I Only get to see them when rent is due. The area is in Dumfries. 7 minutes away from Woodbridge. 35 minutes away from manassas, 10 minutes away from dale city. Parking is on the side of the street. The house is located at a dead end so parking is available at the roundabout which is good because you don’t have to worry about your car being hit by traffic since barely any traffic circulates in this area. No smoking, drinking or partying aloud on premises. There is a Walmart, CVS and multiple shopping centers and gas stations within a 5 minute drive. Potomac mills mall is within a 15 minute drive. Rent is $750 per month plus a one time deposit of $200. Deposit will be giving back to you when you decide to move out, however the room has to be in the same conditions as when it was rented to you, If failed to do this, deposit will not be giving back to you. SINGLE FEMALES ONLY!!! NO KIDS.

I’m 23 years old and work as an assistant manager and ToGo at Olive Garden . I’m also a home based lash tech, I have a little space in the basement where I take in my clients. I consider myself an introvert, I like being by myself and do stuff by myself. I’m very quiet and like to keep to myself. Im currently working on my faith and my relationship with the Lord. I consider myself a very spiritual person and I try to be better everyday. Not really caught up on things of the world. Im a really chill person, sometimes I can come off as very serious but I like to joke around and have fun as well. I like meeting new people and like to learn from them. I like being around people that are better than me so I can learn and grow as a person. All I really spect from a roommate is to be trustworthy, respectful, transparent and clean. We can either be friends or simply 2 roommates that respect and communicate with each other.
