This is a typical roommate share meaning, you will have access to everything and we will split expenses in this 2 bdrm/2-bath unit. The house has central AC and is less than 1 mile from Lemon and Myrtle. Your bedroom is unfurnished. You’ll need to bring/buy anything else you need for your bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and the living room are shared spaces that we each must leave clean when we use. Yes, there would only be the 2 of us in the unit. Your share of the rent is $1,300 plus utilities (internet $41.95/2, electricity, and gas) for an estimate of around $1,350. Prefer long-term renters A $1,300 deposit plus the first month’s rent ($2,600) is required to move in and credit check required. Pets are NOT allowed.
