House is 10 minutes from Philadelphia in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nice park on the Delaware river only 1 block away. Bedrooms include bed and air conditioning, plus some shelf space. There is a washer/dryer in the house and 1 bathroom with a shower (no tub). Vaping/weed smoking is allowed but no cigarettes. There is a small backyard if you wish to smoke cigarettes outside.
About the roomies
I live there alone with 2 cats. I work or am out of the house the majority of the time. Very quiet and respectful of others privacy. There is one other couple there as well but they are never around.
