Private room with shared bathroom is available for rent starting mid September. It’s a gated community in a safe neighborhood. Street Parking is available. Min and Max stay is 8 months (Lease duration).

Currently no roomies. Me and Omar are the owners, we live in another apartment down the street. We are business partners, we own several stores across the U.S selling custom shirts and hoodies. We have another unfurnished room available now waiting for one lucky renter.
