About the room

It’s a double wide that has new floors, windows, paint job and central a/c. And washer and dryer. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with a 55-yr-old woman who is a manager at Publix. She usually leaves for work at 5:30. She has a 45-lb dog. I have 2 bigger dogs. And 5 cats. There’s a large fenced-in yard in front, side and back for them. I don’t work but take my dogs out at least 3 hours a day.
