Meredith's room

The house is a four bedroom three bath. We have a laundry room with a washer and a dryer that is connected to our kitchen. It is located less than a mile away from ACH. We have a big backyard and a cute little patio. Our landlord is super sweet and excellent with responding and fixing any problems in the house that come up. The available room does not have its own private bathroom but it would be your own bathroom. The bathroom is in the hallway adjacent to the room and would be used by you and people that visit the house. You would get your own bedroom. I will need to either talk to the landlord or read over the lease again to make sure that we are pet friendly because I am not for sure on that but I believe that there would be a pet fee. Me and my roommates don’t have a problem with pets!
