Hello, We have a room available for rent in a 4 bedroom home. We live in a quiet and serene neighborhood in Norco but still accessible to the freeway. We’re a 5 minute drive from Norco College and close to local shopping centers. Surrounding cities are Corona, Jurupa Valley, Eastvale, Ontario, Riverside.

The room is pretty spacious for a single person or large enough for a couple. Rent will be $800 for single occupant or $975 for a couple. Amenities include all utilities, including internet, use of washer/dryer, large backyard/outdoor patio. If interested, please let me know and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

To tell you a little bit about myself—I’m finishing my degree online in Sociology and have plans to get into law. I currently work as a Customer Service Manager for a large retail company. I recently got married. My wife and I have been together 5 years and married for a few months now. My wife works for a Law firm and will be going to grad school for social work. We both enjoy craft beer, traveling, hiking and going to the gym.

We are pet lovers! We have a fur baby living with us, he’s 4 years old and he’s a German Shepard/husky. He’s very friendly and playful but mostly keeps to himself. Unfortunately, we cannot have any other pets in the home. Although he is friendly with humans, he gets too excitable with with cats and it’s a hit or miss with other dogs. Open to discuss exceptions upon discussion under certain house rules.

My mom who will soon be retiring is also living with us. We’re all pretty busy people and keep to ourselves but we’re always up for a good conversation if you’re down for it. We’re an open minded, down to earth and welcoming family. We’re pretty mellow people, we just ask that you’re employed, reliable, friendly, clean, respectful of our home.
