My roommate moved out to live with her boyfriend, leaving me with a spare bedroom and the hopes of finding a replacement!

A Little About Me: I am a 31 yr. old former New Yorker with a bachelors degree, who has lived in and enjoyed the Pacific Northwest since 2013. Being a Firefighter as well as a small business owner leaves me with little free time. But I do enjoy staying physically active, paddleboarding, reading, listening to music, ceramics, DIY, & occasional beverages with good company! My 8 year old daughter spends the night 2/3 nights out of the week. We are both very down-to-earth and are usually out of the house. I like to keep the communal Kitchen and Living Room tidy and hope you enjoy things clean as well.
