There is a table and a comfortable gaming chair as well. The house is equipped with a microwave oven, electric oven, fridge and a heater.
The house is walking distance from wholesome choice(grocery store), Starbucks and Rite Aid. It is also well connected with public transportation and has bus frequency of around 15 mins.
UCI is less than two miles away from Parkwest. Close to some of the best biking trails.
Safety- Parkwest is one of the safest places in Irvine.

Rent for the shared spot will be $700 including all the utilities and is definitely negotiable.
About the roomies
The house is a 2B2B and is shared by 4 people. There a is an Indian guy who lives in the living room. There is a Ukrainian guy living in the master bedroom and if you choose to occupy the shared spot then you will be staying with an Indian guy in the second room. All the people in the house are pretty chill and peaceful. The common areas are fairly clean and so is the shared washroom.
