The property Is right in Coralville, 5 minutes drive from a ton of restaurants, shopping, and the mall.

Because its traditionally a home, you’ll have in unit laundry, a large fenced back yard, and a deck. (I have a grill to use at your leisure). Essentially your living in a house but only paying for your room, super communal and chill!

Its a town home owned by myself, and I am renting out the rooms to those interested, as I am living with my significant other. I live literally 2 blocks away, so I am within quick access if needed.

I’m also good friends with the current tenants, and thus I’ll be over once or twice a week to play games/watch shows.

The only rooms unfurnished are your personal Rooms. The rest of the house is furnished with newer furniture. I also just re did the kitchen.

Ultimately if you don’t want the hassle of a rental company, the huge down payment, or late responses to emails, this is perfect.

Austin and Aaron are brothers and students and have a 7 year old lab. Very well trained. They have lived there a year so far and are going to continue living there for a bit.

Ben is a good friend of mine, he also has been there a year and is also going to continue living there for a bit.

They like to keep a clean communal space. But your rooms are yours to do as you please. House chores and Utility Payment are shared.
