The room for rent is located on the first floor and monthly rent includes water, electricity, garbage, gas, Wifi access, and cable. Lease is month to month but looking for at least a six month commitment.

The entrance to the room is located behind an iron safety gate, that remains locked at all times, renter will be given a key. The entrance is located on the side of the property via a walkway. It’s very spacious with a closet, ceiling fan, bathroom, walk-in shower, with plenty of bathroom storage. Nicely ventilated with one window and a double glass sliding door entrance. The bedroom is attached to the main house but access to the main house has been completely removed. Plenty of parking off the street. The home is quiet, safe, and drug-free. We are looking for a single individual, who is respectful, responsible, and considerate of other individuals on the property. No overnight guests are allowed. No smokers, no pets, no drugs, no medical marijuana use allowed, no loud music, no loud noises. Please keep in mind (no laundry on-premises and no access to the main home.) Total to move in first and last month’s rent 950+950+ $300 security deposit total $2200. Room for rent is available now. Good credit, background check, references and a steady monthly income are a must. Please do not inquire if you do not meet these qualifications.

Two other male individuals are renting two other rooms that are completely separate from this bedroom. You will have no interaction with them unless You see them in passing on the exterior walkway that leads to all three bedrooms. They have both been fully background and have been living at the property for many years. The only reason this unit is available is because previous tenant got married.
