So this house was built in the 1950’s, I’m taking care of it for my father, It has a nice fenced in backyard. A overhang for both the front and back porches. Brand New A/C and heater installed. It has a driveway and street parking as well. Home security system. Decent size living, 2 bathrooms

So I live alone, I’m chill and have the room downstairs. I game and livestream often, but use headphones while doing so. So nightowls preferred. As I rather not be loud and mess up your sleep schedule. I have a dog and she loves people, is really chill, when inside. Sometimes she may get a bit barky when outside. But for the most part is chill outside too. Dogs are more than welcome, small dogs preferred. As my dog hasn’t interacted with many dogs.
