Kai's room

This is located in Dixon Apartments, it is a two bedroom apartment with new bathroom / kitchen fixtures, your own a/c unit, private room and shared common areas. It is currently undergoing some renovations so it won’t be ready until mid-July. The complex just recently got new owners who are very polite and have been working to upgrade the community.

I am a 19 year old student at EFSC and I have been renting for over a year with no issues. I am timely, clean, enjoy cooking, I am a bit of a bookworm, and I love to draw. I’m looking for another college student or a young professional (female) who is respectful, trustworthy, and responsible. Please no drugs smoking or alcohol.
