Looking for someone to take over my lease. Available NOW. 10 weeks pregnant and decided to move back to my hometown to be closer to my family. I currently live in a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse located in Sandy Springs (15 minutes from Buckhead). All bills are split 50/50 with my current roommate. Expect to pay around $1,200 a month for rent, water, electric, gas, trash, insurance, pest control, wifi, etc. Expect to pay around $150 for your application fee and keys. I am willing to schedule a FaceTime call or I can send you pictures to show you the townhouse. If you like the place and want to come see it In person, I’ll pass along your information to my current roommate so you can talk to who you’ll actually be living with.

She’s quiet, clean, respectful, has multiple jobs, never has guest over. No animals because she’s allergic (hypoallergenic is okay).
