The apartment is located smack dab on the downtown mall right above Low Vintage/Passiflora. Each bedroom has skylights and its own private bathroom. Skylights throughout the living space as well- no windows unfortunately but with that said, my plants are doing great and get plenty of light. (Plants that need extreme high light might not fare so well but you can put them up on the rooftop balcony). Open floor design plan so living/dining/kitchen/laundry are all located in the main space. Awesome rooftop balcony area with tables, lounge chairs, a partial view of the mall and a great view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. No parking included but its not too bad finding parking in the area. All in all its a very convenient and fun place to live.

About the roomies
Hello, Looking for someone to take over the last few months of my lease with option to renew for 12 months in August.
My current roommate and who you would be moving in with is Daniel, an engineer/musician/farmer and many other things!
He is respectful, keeps the apartment in good shape and is always punctual with rent and utilities payments.
