Home has all new ducts, with air cleaner and enclosed crawlspace to reduce colds, flu, allergens & dust, etc. You will be living with 3 room mates near ECU and shopping, well outside of the campus area but with bus stop in front of the house. Room comes with a ceiling fan, carpeting and a bed. Onsite property manager does the yardwork and responds to maintenance issues.

Home will be shared with a retired female and her cat. Non-smoking home but OK outside away from house (pick up butts, please). There will be other people in the house besides yourself. Current residents include my sister (50’s) a retired oncological physicist and her friend an ECU physicist (60’s), a retired waitress (60’s), and a plasma technician (40’s). This is a great group, considerate & no drama. We are unable to accommodate people struggling with addiction.
