North Ridge Drive

The house is a 3 bed/1.5 bath with .6 acres in a quiet area located 1 mile from I-40 exit 20 (off Jonathan Creek Rd). My boyfriend and I each occupy a room and the 3rd bedroom will be available to rent beginning July 1st. (I can provided updated pictures once the room is vacant). The kitchen, living room, laundry, and bathroom are all shared spaces. The house is fully furnished and there is some furniture in the bedroom which you could use…or you could furnish it yourself. Rent is $375/month (or $90/week) with a $200 security deposit and $30 background check fee. All utilities and wireless internet included. I am flexible with the rent due date. I have a 70lb dog and prefer not to have any more animals in the home…but this is open for discussion and would include a non-refundable pet fee.

We are looking for someone who is:

Clean. You must be capable of picking up after yourself and contributing to household cleaning.

Respectful. We are up early for work/school, so we’d like someone who is either on the same schedule or who is respectful and quiet at night. No frequent partying or frequent overnight guests.

A non-smoker (preferably), non-drug user, and not a heavy drinker.

Must have transportation and be a student and/or employed.
