12 month lease, $700/mo plus utilities. You’ll be sharing the living space with 3 other roommates and 1 sweet kitty. Bedroom is private, approx. 173 Sq ft, beautiful natural light, and hardwood floors. In between UML South and North Campuses.
Move in costs would be first, last and security = $2100
