West Perdido Avenue

I will be moving into the Perdido Isle Apartments July 6th. I will have one bedroom with your own bathroom available. I will be furnishing the place with new furniture when I move in except for the room I am looking to rent out. It will be $900 a month and that is everything included split right down the middle between the both of us. You will have to be on the lease so you will need proof of income and have decent credit and all that good stuff like with any other apartment. No pets and no smoking.

I am Justin and I am 29 years old. If I’m not at work I’m usually at the gym. Looking for preferably a guy close in age with same interests as I am gonna be new to the area because I am moving down from Huntsville, AL. If we are different we can just be roommates and leave it at that. I’m not forcing friendships. I will not be home early Friday mornings til Monday mornings or afternoons as I will be keeping my job and traveling back to north Alabama to work every week until I can find a decent paying job in the area. I am also going to school mostly online for business administration. I’m pretty chill and easy to get along with. I have no kids and I do not want someone with kids or couples.
