Quiet, acre secluded condo off Lake Accotink Park
Garden style condo in the sought after Cardinal Forest community with acres of land and woods surrounding the property. It is next to Lake Accotink Park and its trails and Minutes from shopping, and the Springfield metro station. The community offers two pools to choose from and tot lots on each block. I need to give the current roommate 24 hours notice of someone to come see the room.
Requirement to rent: Signed lease, 2 pay stubs, a month’s deposit, and sign up to Apartment.com site for rent tracking.
Close to George Mason 10 minutes, Fairfax/station, Lorton, Burke, Woodbridge, Franconia, Annandale and Fort Belvoir.

About the roomies
