A single-occupancy room of approximately 10*10 square feet in a residential house is available. The rent is at $1000 per month, including utilities. Basic furniture, such as bed, desk and chair can be provided as in the picture. The room is south facing and has a tranquil backyard view. A full bathroom is for your private use. No pets, smoking or drugs.

I am the only other housemate, who is a young male professional. I’m looking for a similar guy to share my home. The house is close to UCSD and tech companies in the northern county.
