ISO roommate to take over half of lease as current roommate is moving out earlier than lease ends. Rent includes all utilities (water, sewage, trash) except electric and cable. Apartment features in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and electric stove. Living room furnished (TV will be going with roommate) Free street parking is available but it’s not great, the est. rent amount includes optional garage parking fee ($100). Amenities include a pool, movie theatre space, lounge area, rooftop seating area and small gym.

I’m 23, a recent grad and am pretty quiet, neat, easy-going and enjoy creative activities. I work 9-5 during the week and usually go out with friends rather than have guests over a lot. I have a bearded dragon named Zuko (yes that Zuko haha) and am staying in Richmond until hopefully moving for grad school next year.
