Nancy's room

Big house and property located in Fallbrook. 3 bed, 2 bath and garage. We do have cats, dogs, and chickens. The only ones inside are the cats.

I am moving to Virginia and renting out my room while my family of 6 (5 adults, 1 child) stay in the house. Pretty flexible and very family oriented. Would like children so my nephew has someone to play with. Willing to negotiate with someone who’s responsible, respectful, and honest.
