Singe Dad with 1 daughter age 10. Clean, neat and likes doing home improvements. Enjoy cooking once in a while and eating health. Go out occasionally. I work from home mostly but may be spending time working in California so hoping to find a roommate that can keep an eye on my condo while Iām gone for couple weeks at a time. Since I have a young daughter Iād prefer to have a female roommate.
